Mitya Staev is an international choreographer, professional dancer and movement therapist who will guide you to enjoy the source of ecstasy within you. There is no need to be a professional dancer, this class is open to everyone, any color, shape and identification. During the class, you will playfully explore different feminine dance styles. Femme flow. Pole. Twerk. Vogue. Folk. Strip... and many other movement variations. These classes will help you feel more CONFIDENT, and EMPOWERED. CONNECTED to your whole self.
